1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and the entity operating the zk999 platform ("we", "us", or "zk999"). By using the zk999 website, mobile platform, or any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared for users in the Bangladesh market and are presented in English so that every user can understand them easily. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use any service on the zk999 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must be a mentally competent individual who is legally capable of entering into a contract.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• You may not register from any region or country where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Only one account per person is permitted.

zk999 reserves the right to verify age at any time. Account activity may be restricted until age verification is completed. Providing false information about age will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When registering with zk999, you must provide accurate and valid information. If you wish to change any information after registration, please contact the support team. We reserve the right to reject a registration or close an account at a later stage if false or incorrect information is provided.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If unauthorized access occurs, notify our support team immediately. zk999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your own negligence.

3.3 Single Account Policy

The same person may not create more than one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, zk999 may verify a user's identity at any time. This may require a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

zk999 supports the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, or other recognized Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, bank transfers may take a little longer.

• The account must have a sufficient verified balance to make a withdrawal.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will give you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totaling ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 before the winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• Bonuses have a specific time limit; if wagering is not completed within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after completing the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be activated if account verification has not been completed.
• zk999 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses fraudulently, the account will be closed.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on the zk999 platform are operated by their respective software providers using their own algorithms and random number generators (RNG). The outcome of every game is determined in a completely impartial and independent manner.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection or server issue, the result will be determined based on the server logs. zk999 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings that result from a technical error.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each event in sports betting. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally returned. However, separate rules may apply for partial or rescheduled events.

7 Fair Play & Platform Security

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• Regular third-party audits are conducted to ensure fair play.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zk999 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using artificial or fraudulent methods to exploit the bonus system ("bonus hunting").
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to play games.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Using a false identity or fake documents.
• Attempting to win fraudulently by colluding with game operators.

Any such activity will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action if necessary.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk999 is not liable for the following:

• Any financial loss resulting from a user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Interruptions to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• The quality of services provided by third parties (payment gateways, banks).
• Unforeseen technical outages or scheduled server maintenance periods.
• Loss resulting from a user's account information being disclosed to a third party.

The zk999 platform's services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

13 Account Suspension or Closure

13.1 zk999's Rights

zk999 may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If the user refuses to complete KYC verification.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

13.2 User Rights

You may request to close your own account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed (provided the wagering requirements have been met).

14 Changes to Terms

zk999 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. For any significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.
